Sr. Salesforce Developer

The Sr. Salesforce Developer role at 1440 Inc encompasses architecture, design, implementation, and testing to ensure we build products right and release them with high quality.

The Sr. Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing complex solutions-- including functional requirements, coding, support and agile team principles and leadership. This opportunity requires deep application development skills, writing and collaboration, and strong communication skills. The focus will be on creating and improving 1440 Inc Salesforce products that enable our customers to be successful on the platform. This position will require working in a small team of individuals focused on core development tasks.

 

Lead Support Engineer

The 1440 Support team is composed of highly skilled technical engineers who have a passion for making customers successful. Our Support Engineers pride themselves in delivering an unparalleled premium customer experience that leaves customers wanting and coming back for more. 

In your role as the 1440 Lead Support Engineer, you will be the leader of our company’s support team. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with Development teams to prioritise and resolve product defects.
  • Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
  • Demonstrating exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.
  • Providing feature explanation and deliverability best practices.
  • Managing customer expectations and the customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Actively maintaining and participating in job-related training activities.
  • Demonstrating the ability to research, document, and prioritize customer issues, leveraging internal tools and escalation teams as necessary, as well as prioritizing and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Commerce Studio Support Manager

In your role as the Commerce Studio Support Manager you are the first point of contact for customers experiencing deliverability challenges. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing customer expectations and the customer experience to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.
  • Demonstrating exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.

Solution Engineer

The 1440 Solution Engineer is responsible for owning the pre-sales technological relationship with the customer or prospect. This includes presenting product offerings and architecture to the best customers and prospects, to evoke confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. 

Responsible for but limited to: 

  • Understand the customer's needs, and establish 1440's product as the best solution that solves the customer's challenges
  • Build and present customized demos of 1440 products
  • Convey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to 1440's solutions
  • Coordinate and align a team of solutions experts to an opportunity strategy
  • Develop and deliver the story of the customer experience aided by 1440 technologies
  • Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
  • Respond effectively to RFPs

 

Certified Technical Architect (Salesforce B2C Solution Architect certification a plus)

1440 is looking for a Technical Architect. If you're passionate about innovation, come help revolutionize how companies collaborate and communicate with customers.  The Technical Architect will be responsible for successfully creating custom enterprise applications using 1440 Solutions built for the Salesforce platform and integrating with other enterprise systems. In this capacity, the Technical Architect will be an expert in implementing large-scale enterprise applications, utilising web-based technologies and applying enterprise system integration and security architectures.

Ideally, the candidate has a CRM implementation background, Salesforce.com experience and is Salesforce certified. However, candidates with a solid technical architecture and development background in Java, .Net and integration will also be considered. The candidate must be able to lead technical requirement gathering sessions, produce requirements and technical architecture documents, manage a team of development resources and be hands-on implementing where required. The candidate must also be able to manage client expectations and scope by working closely with the project manager and other architect(s).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical requirement gathering sessions and produce technical requirements and design documents.
  • Manage the technical delivery of integrations, security, single-sign-on and application customizations.
  • Manage technical scope and client expectations.
  • Provide hands-on advisory assistance to developers for technical issues.
  • Design and implement the development and release process.
  • Design and manage the execution of test plans and ensuring a quality solution is delivered.
